We first met Julie and Alfredo at the A Carolina Wedding Show in January, and we had lots in common right away. Alfredo lived in San Diego for a while as well, and we instantly bonded over memories of good Mexican food and our favorite hangouts.
Julie and Alfredo were married on base at Camp Lejeune’s Marston Pavilion, which recently underwent extensive remodeling. The facility is state-of-the-art with audio/visual capabilities out the wazoo! The views overlooking the waterway brought a sense of tranquility.
The pier was the perfect location for the couple’s First Look. We took Alfredo to end of the pier to wait as Julie walked up behind him and tapped him on the shoulder. The tender love between bride and groom as they saw each other for the first time was undeniable.
Alfredo chose to have a sword detail, which welcomed Julie to the Marines in classic fashion as the couple exited the ceremony.
